Android packageName: com.dex.mdm and com.dex.superapp. Numeric App Store IDs: 6745488142 and 6738389071. When adding an iOS application to the catalog, use the store ID, not the Android packageName. Download availability and version compatibility depend on the store, region, and device.
Aitera MDM
The mobile client connects to the organization’s services and is used in scenarios where the administrator issues a mobile connection QR code. After installation, obtain the QR code or addresses from your administrator and follow getting started with Android or iOS.
The store application and the proprietary Aitera DPC are different components. Installing Aitera MDM from Google Play or RuStore does not replace corporate DPC enrollment during the initial Android setup. For a comparison of connection methods, see Android channels.
Aitera SuperApp
A separate corporate client for email, calendar, and browser. Installation alone is not enough: the administrator must prepare the MDM, Exchange, and VPN addresses for the scenario in use. Then pass them to the client and check the connection following the SuperApp instructions.
The SuperApp settings QR code transfers client parameters. It is not a corporate device enrollment QR code and does not change the phone ownership mode.
Corporate installation
If the application is distributed by the administrator, add the corresponding card to the catalog and use the matrix of sources and installation types. Aitera DPC requires a verified APK even when the application is published in a store. For branded variants, use the agreed links and identifiers from the White Label process.
